Life Expectancy
It seems that I won’t live to be 127 years old, but 93 isn’t that bad. I took a short quiz at http://www.livingto100.com/ and based on the outcome of the quiz I will live until at least 93 and can add another 9 - 12 years if I change a few lifestyle choices. Getting rid of my coffee and Diet Cokes will add another 2 years and reducing some of the stress will add another 2 years. Taking an aspirin a day will add a year as will getting rid of the occasional fast food. Flossing more often, and adding another two days of training will add another year as well. The other things only add half years or less so, I’m not sure if it’s worth it. : )
Oh… the 127 years is what I have told my kids that I will live to.

I don't want to live a day past 40. What does anyone have to live for then???
A long hike across the country?
Anonymous has an interesting thought (who ever they are)A cross country hike sounds interesting although I would only travel by forest trails verses walking the interstate...and I would absolutely need to eat more than wild mushrooms and dandelions, they are only in season for a short time. A body needs protein to endure a long hike. I'd get by, by hitting the interstate every so often wait for a road kill and cook it up. I'm quite frugal and not one to see good meat go to waste *laugh* and btw ..catching a hot meal in prison...not my idea of a fun trip...
Oh and I plan on only living until 98 and one month, just so I can beat the family record.
It's not bad being over 40, of course I ache in places that make absolutely no sense for absolutely no reason but... I think it beats the alternative!!
Oops! that above comment was me- I'm used to Eduardo's blog were I don't have to type my name.
But I'm not the anonymous that suggested the cross-country hike.
There is so much you can do after the age of 40. Heck... let's start with being president of the United States. I know you don't have to be 40, but let's be reasonable, when was the last time someone younger then that got elected?
